About Thamar

I see what you cannot
see about yourself.

And I will tell you.

Where This Begins

Most leaders at this level
have never been truly seen.

Not because the people around them lack intelligence or care. But because everyone in their world has learned, consciously or not, to move around them. To manage the relationship. To say what lands well rather than what is true.

That changes when you work with me.

I am not here to help you become a better version
of what you have already built.

I am here to walk with you into the layer beneath it. Where the real source of your leadership lives. Where what drives you, limits you and moves through you actually originates.

That work requires someone who will not flinch. Who sees clearly and speaks directly. Who has no investment in keeping you comfortable.

That is what I offer.

The Approach

The depth that most leadership development
never reaches.

There is a layer in every leader where the deepest patterns live. Not the ones you can think your way through. The ones that run beneath awareness, woven through your personal history, your family system and the trajectory of your soul.

Most approaches work at a single level — addressing what is visible on the surface. They rarely speak to each other and almost never happen in the same room, with someone who carries both the depth of systemic and energetic training and understands the specific weight of leading at the highest level.

That is precisely what I bring.

01
Systemic Work

Makes visible what moves beneath the surface of how you lead — the invisible loyalties, dynamics and entanglements that originate in your family system and express themselves in every room you walk into.

02
Energetic Work

Energetic work moves into what lives beneath your awareness — the unconscious beliefs, patterns and dynamics that are still running you. Through embodiment, we make visible what has shaped your inner landscape without your knowing. This is where inner limitations break free.

03
Shamanic Work

Within the authentic Q'ero tradition of the Andes, opens the existential and soul layer — the questions of purpose, loss, grief, transition and what life is asking of you at this point in your journey.

Both feet on the ground, moving into the layers
that actually drive everything.

Background

Two worlds.
One path.

I spent more than twenty years in the international corporate world, working as a global account director in the technology and cybersecurity sector. I know what it means to lead under pressure, to carry responsibility at the highest level, to perform in rooms where everything is at stake.

I also know what that costs. What gets left behind. What slowly goes quiet inside a person who has learned to lead from competence and construction rather than from soul.

That knowing is not theoretical. It is lived.

The Q'ero Tradition

The last direct descendants
of the Inca.

In 2017 I began studying under Don Alejandro Apaza Machacca of the Q'ero tradition in the Andes of Peru. The Q'ero are considered the last direct descendants of the Inca, carriers of an unbroken lineage of indigenous wisdom.

I was initiated as a Nusta Paqo Pampamesayok within the authentic Apaza family lineage. I collaborate with Marisol Apaza and organise Soul Retreats in the Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu and Lake Titicaca.

This path did not take me away
from the corporate world. It showed me what was missing in it.

How I Work

I am not a coach.
I am a mentor.
I walk alongside you.

My approach is phenomenological. That means we work with what is actually present, not with models or frameworks imposed from the outside. What shows up in the room is the material we work with. What lives in your body, your field, your history and your soul is what we follow.

I work with leaders who carry a great deal. What is theirs and what is not. What they have taken on from their family system, their organisation, their lineage. What life has asked of them through loss, grief, transition and the weight of responsibility over many years.

I see it. I name it.
And I do not move around it.

At this level you are used to people who are impressed by you, who defer to you, who need something from you. I have none of those dynamics with you.

That is precisely what makes this work possible.

You are used to people
moving around you.

At this level, most people will. I will not. If you are ready to meet someone who will hold what is true for you — even when it is uncomfortable — this is where we begin.

One conversation. Nothing more.
