My approach is phenomenological. That means we work with what is actually present, not with models or frameworks imposed from the outside. What shows up in the room is the material we work with. What lives in your body, your field, your history and your soul is what we follow.
I work with leaders who carry a great deal. What is theirs and what is not. What they have taken on from their family system, their organisation, their lineage. What life has asked of them through loss, grief, transition and the weight of responsibility over many years.
At this level you are used to people who are impressed by you, who defer to you, who need something from you. I have none of those dynamics with you.
That is precisely what makes this work possible.
